If you are an adult with childhood trauma who struggles with dissociation, I highly recommend Sarah. As a fellow psychotherapist, I have always been impressed with Sarah’s ability to hold space for and help heal even the deepest of traumatic wounds. She’s warm, empathic, non-judgmental, and an overall gem!

I really enjoyed my video astrology session with Sarah. She is very warm and friendly which automatically puts you at ease. Her knowledge of her craft allows you to easily learn what might otherwise be a complicated topic. I was reminded today when I went back to my astrology therapy write up to look for guidance and reassurance as have many times since my session 6 months ago. Sarah was incredibly thorough, personable and sincerely helped me interpret my birth chart while also giving me clarity to current life situations. 10 out of 10 recommend!!
