I’ve never been to a place with such good bed side manner and awesome customer service! The receptionist was beyond courteous And helpful! The mri tech was very thorough and made sure I understood everything 100%. I definitely recommend this place if you need an MRI
Receptionist is very rude and argumentative took 2 trips there and still nothing accomplished had it done it Amarillo the next day no problems at all

My husband needed a thoracic and lumbar mri, called to make an appointment, and drove 40 minutes to get there. Girl at the front desk asks “why would they send you here?” Umm, because we didn’t want to drive 2 hrs to do this. Didn’t have the dr order, which we realize, was our fault, so we drove back the next day, had the order, insurance approval and insurance card, tells my husband, “oh we thought it was just one part,” I tell her we told you it was both. She stands there and argues with us how surely, we did not. Ummm...w... read more
