if you’re being sent to see Dr.Victoria I recommend going somewhere else entirely. she has no professional manners, is disorganized and down right dismissive of anything you have to say, I got asked 4 questions total one of which was what do I have against Tylenol and told to drink water. I'm new to town I needed refills on prescription I called on the 20th she said there is no avaliable appointments and to call back tomorrow at 9am . So I did call this morning at 9am sharp. I wad told there are no openings cause it's full and some doctor was called away. But I'm a little confused as to how those appointments got booked so fast considering we arent to call till 9am .I told her I was told to call at 9am . We went in for same day appointment for my 3 year old. We were prescribed medication and it was supposed to be sent pharmacy right beside the clinic. We went there right away to get the meds and nothing was sent. We waited for a while called the clinic, they said it's coming, waited up to an hour, past the clinic being long closed, and nothing was sent. I am very upset would not recommend when you have a toddler in pain and needing meds asap.
I’ve lived in Niverville for 3.5 years and have reached out several times to their ‘walk-in’ clinic. Each time I call? I feel very discouraged and consistently told in professional terms, there is limited space & no promise I’ll get in anyways. I have a better chance of driving into the city sick & puking then coming here it seems. I literally gave up with them.
