Had the privilege of being able to be taken care of Dr. Chris for many years, appreciated the professional wisdom from him of health concerns. The health clinic has a good waiting room set up and organizational flow, right from the reception staff and felt well taken care of. Keep up the good work everyone. Thank you! Last week I had an appointment here scheduled with my family doctor. There was a sign on the door that said there’s a student nurse practitioner in today and I was asked if the student could step in, I said yes. The student was nice but very nervous and shy. She took my concerns seriously but I think she asked me too many personal questions. I didn’t understand how all of those questions were appropriate for the visit. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I saw Dr. Victoria Eguaoje at the Open Health medical facility two months ago, and unfortunately, it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional. Without going into too much detail, it was evident during the visit that she lacked the necessary clinical judgment. She requested a test that made no sense based on my medical history, and I had to point out why it wasn’t appropriate.....something any well-informed physician should ... read more
Not all doctors are the same so when you find a great one, it only makes sense to let them know. Dr. Coutts is AMAZING and all the other positive adjectives you could think of. She's knowledgeable, kind, and fabulous to work with. 10/10 would recommend!!
