I have been coming to Katie Weaver for nearly a year at this point and there is a reason for that. As a powerlifter I put my body through a lot of strain and Katie has been helping me with my recovery on a monthly basis. The detailed work she does really helps and whenever I come with a specific issue she is more than able to help and give me tips that I can do at home to help with recovery.
