The true indicator of a company you want to work with is how they handle problems. Due to issues with the manufacturer(s) they use, they have had some problems with our custom octagonal window. They have continued to be accountable and persistent in completing the job properly. Because of these problems, it seems unrealistic to give them a full five stars, but I am definitely giving them 4, and I recommend them highly and would use them again.
Professional from beginning to end. I have recommended them to my neighbors already. Will definitely use them again! Their pricing is unbeatable!
I do not recommend this business. It is absolutely not true that they will give you 100% satisfaction. When I was unhappy with some screens they sold and installed, I asked them to take them back and they gave me a very hard time. I had been very specific about what I needed and they ordered me something that didn't work at all. At one point one of the salesmen was yelling at me on the phone! good selection Great custom door and cabinet selection.My kitchen got flooded and they were a quick fix for what I needed. easy to find the right appliances I needed. And my cabinets looked better than before. Customer service could be a bit better.
Very Impressed – I was visiting Tucson and stumbled upon the Open Enclose advertisement and out of curiosity, I called for directions to get a tour of their products. I am in the market for new kitchen cabinets and an entry way door. This is the place, they have great customer service, exceptional quality and over all, reasonable prices. Beware – These people are not to be trusted. They sent a sales associate, Jared, to our house who gave us a detailed quote for a shower enclosure replacement that was guaranteed for 30 days. 3 weeks later we decided to go with this company and they sent an installer out to take the final measurements before ordering the shower doors. To our surprise the installer had a different quote with him (higher by $80 of course).
