The true indicator of a company you want to work with is how they handle problems. Due to issues with the manufacturer(s) they use, they have had some problems with our custom octagonal window. They have continued to be accountable and persistent in completing the job properly. Because of these problems, it seems unrealistic to give them a full five stars, but I am definitely giving them 4, and I recommend them highly and would use them again.
