Nicole is a magician and has such meticulous attention to detail! I had my first microneedling session and after a week I went to a dinner with friends and one (unprompted) started marveling at my skin and said they were shocked how poreless I appeared! It was the best confirmation to what I already had noticed. I’m looking forward to my next few sessions!

I only come to open door med spa for my toxins! Nicole is able to use LESS units and achieve MORE and BETTER results than other med spas I’ve tried. Not only is she efficient, she offers such a great variety of things that you literally do not need to go anywhere else for your beauty needs with lasers, injectables, skin care, peels, nutrition shots, weight loss, and more. Of course there are a ton of med spas, but once you find this one you won’t go anywhere else.
