I have been a patient at Open Door Health for approximately two years now. It was the best decision for me to move onto Open Door Health. I have had such a good experience with the medical treatment I received from Dr. Chan. The nurse Geo is always helpful. Nina goes above and beyond. She is always there when I need her. There is never been a time where I haven’t called and she is either picked up the phone or called me right back. I would be lost without Nina. I’ve been trying to get into this practice for a while after hearing good things but not any more. My friend couldn’t get her asthma inhaler prescribed from them for several days and ended up in the ER. And recently they refused my partner a refill for his mental health medication (simple antidepressant) because he couldn’t come in for an appointment before it ran out (near Christmas time….) and it turned into a disaster that could have been extremely dangerous or ended his life.
