Very professional, friendly staff . .
I do not recommend ODH for primary care if you are an individual with complex or severe disabilities, or someone with an extensive medication regimen. You may have a problem with subjective decisions by primary care for medication changes or refills that will interrupt your treatment. They are amazing for gender affirming care, reproductive health, sexual health, and have great connections to other providers to make any needed referrals. Communication used to be the best part of this practice, but due to recent growing pains, it has completely deteriorated. I used to confidently recommend this facility as a first stop for vulnerable patients. Sadly, as of six months ago, I had to stop my referrals entirely. It is now the last place I would recommend. I hope things improve.
The doctors and staff are caring and take the time to listen. My daughter, husband, and I are all seen here. Genuinely happy going to this place.
Sat in a private patient room for 40 minutes after I checked in and eventually walked out because it was pretty obvious that nobody had a clue what was going on. This place is so unprofessional. I was pleased with it for the first few years but in the last few years it's been really bad. No thank you. Do not recommend
