Because of past experiences with dentist, I have seen too few visits. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful. The dental hygienist, Kindra, was very kind and gentle. She explained the procedure of cleaning and demonstrated how to properly floss. They explained my options for continued care and what needs to be a priority and what can be done as needed. I love that Open Door covers whatever insurance doesn't cover for preventative procedures. That's not common, in my experience, and provides significant incentive to keep up on preventative dentistry. More dental offices should take this approach.
