The experience at open door center make us have very mix feelings, the people that take care of you once you get inside are very nice and professional and explain to you everything on detail. However the front desk people and especially the people that call to confirm the appointments or schuldule are very unprofessional and I can even say very rude to the patient, almost like they are doing you a favor, and make you feel like you are kind bother them. I had an appointment for cleaning on March 14th and Dr. Naida Henriquez did an excellent job, she was very professional, thorough at the same time gentle during the procedure which made the experience pleasant. The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful as well. A great experience overall
sad experience from last week . heard manager yelling at employee up the stairs. i dont think she cares about that place or his workers. waited for 40 minutes and then the doctor coughed on me.
