Open Circle is a fabulous resource for pregnant and expectant families in our community. As a nurse and birth doula, I often refer my clients to Open Circle, whether it is for prenatal massage, yoga or childbirth education classes, Kaeli provides a wonderful array of offerings!
Kaeli's parent and birth classes were a huge help for my husband and I. We were both much more confident after the classes, and I pulled on them during my labor. Her prenatal massages are also excellent, and I'm looking forward to parent and baby yoga classes.

Kaeli's birthing class was essential in preparing for the birth of our son. She combined a thoughtful fact-based approach with practical massage and breathing techniques, leaving us as ready as we could be when the big day came!
Going to Kaeli's Contemplative Birthing workshop was the best decision we made for the birth of our firsth baby. Kaeli's classes really gave us confidence to make all the decisions we needed to take. The prenatal yoga was also the best class I had been, love the way she uses dance and the natural flow of your movements to empower you and reach a high state of relaxation.
I can't say enough wonderful things about the Motion Center and Kaeli's classes. I was blessed to find her prenatal yoga class when I was pregnant with my second child and preparing for a VBAC. Kaeli does a fantastic job making the yoga suitable to all pregnant women, no matter how early or far along you are in your pregnancy.
