I did not know what to expect going into this experience getting a new prosthetic through open bionics. Dan was absolutely fantastic with educating and explaining how everything works. He was patient and professional while doing the test sockets and finding just the right spots for sensors! Such a great first experience with open bionics! Highly recommend this company
