I started with Emily, for my hero arm, she is very nice to work with, and very accommodating, had two meetings with her in Florida, and we struggled to get the socket comfortable on my elbow, she then moved me closer to home to the Pittsburg office, Emily did great, then saved me travel time to get final adjustments on the socket, would recommend Emily to anyone interested in the OpenBionics Hero arm
Working with Emily at open Bionics was amazing, she always kept in touch when I had questions, and she answered them with no hesitation, every meeting we had my boy loved seeing her and joking with her. It's taken me just over a month to post this but I wanted to see how my son and his new arm have progressed. Thank you again Open Bionics family And a big shout out to Emily

Emily at Open Bionics was wonderful to work with. She made special arrangements to see me on a Saturday while I happened to be in Orlando on vacation for initial fitment and showed me the new hands. Once the arm was completed she went over everything with me on how it worked. Emily made 100% sure I was happy and comfortable with the way everything fit and looked. Could not be happier!! If you do not have an Open Bionics Clinic in your state or near by, definitely consider Emily in Orlando!
Emily is so kind and really works hard to make sure the prosthetic is a comfortable and functional fit.
