After years of trying to have a baby and looking into adoption, we were honestly exhausted and starting to lose hope. Starting surrogacy felt scary, but the team at Open Arms made us feel comfortable from the beginning. They were always there when we had questions and never made us feel like just another case. 3 years ago I started the process to become a surrogate for the first time, and from the initial conversation I felt heard, and supported. I was quickly placed with a family, and was moved from the Intake Coordinator, to Kayla (Journey Coordinator). Kayla is nothing short of AMAZING; she is understanding, knowledgeable, and you can tell she just has a genuine love to help people.
