The consistency of knowledge, patience and kindness of the staff is exemplary. Having your own apartment with your personal possessions is comforting. As a family member of a resident in Open Arms I was included in all aspects of care. The detail of care is like no other Memory Care Unit that I have been exposed to.
From the moment you walked in, you could feel the warmth from the staff! You could tell they truly cared about my father. Like home atmosphere home-cooked meals. I truly appreciated the level of care they gave to my father! Thanks a million! Todd Buus
Home from home is how I would describe this facility, from the warm greeting at the door to the nutritious meals, to the friendly loving caring professional staff. The facility is clean and warm. Each resident is treated with respect and shown great caring and attention. If you are looking for a truly cozy comfortable home for your loved one. Look no further. This facility and it's staff simply cannot be beat.
The very moment you walk in the door you see the love and compassion on display. The owner of this new facility works here daily and makes sure each resident feels at home.
