Great company treats everyone like family!
I've been working here for a little while and am having a very good experience. I had job offers from multiple companies. I picked Open Arms because in the interview they were writing down my answers while other companies just seem to put a check mark down to indicate I had given one. Open Arms was also the only company that actually bothered to call my references and check with them. Our experience was disappointing. Their staff lacks proper training. Their environment feels disorganized and unprofessional, with concerning behavior from their leadership/CEO. Communication was poor, and overall service did not meet our expectations. Families should ask thorough questions before trusting this company with their loved ones’ care. OAHC onboarding was truly a great experience. The training was super in depth. The staff were available to ask any questions I had. Throughout the shadowing, I was able to learn each individual, and see how their everyday lives were impacted.
