My experience as a new employee at Open Arms Health Care has been wonderful. The week long training OAHC provided was well organized and informative, providing me with the skills needed to excel in my position. All staff are approachable, knowledgeable and helpful in regard to answering any questions I’ve had through my onboarding process. I’ve noticed that OAHC stands out in many ways, such as their pursuit for excellence and growth. Overall, I’m happy to be here!
The onboarding process was thorough and everyone was ready to help if I had a question. Denise and Kristen made sure I knew everything I needed to be the best dsp I can be! I could feel the passion everyone had for the company and what they do. I look forward to my future with Open Arms!
My training was very thorough, the admins were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process. Overall a really great experience!
So pleased with this company.. Excellent training.. works wonderfully having training open with Human Resources.. Helped know who to go to for everything.. so organized
