De Jina Zein was excellent! She’s on the ball, assertive, but also compassionate. Good pairing for a doctor. Get you what you need done, nothing more, but doesn’t miss stuff either. I usually feel very uncomfortable or unheard, I felt heard and respected, while she also was confident in her recommendations. I highly recommend Doctor Jina Zirk and Open Affordable Firestone. I will be the first to admit that I really dislike going to the dentist. Normally it ends with me suffering from a ton of pain and feeling unheard by the staff. Every time I have visited this dentist office, I haven’t gone home in pain, I feel heard, and I’m always put at ease when I first walk in. Hands down the best dental experience I've ever had. I came in with a dental emergency and no insurance. The dentist gave me x-ray and exam for free and prescribed me antibiotics. He also numbed up my mouth so that I would have time for the antibiotics to kick in and not be in pain. The exam was very thorough and gentle and even though my tooth was in a lot of pain he did not cause any more pain. This was an amazing experience and I did not expect it to go so well. I had a tooth that cracked a few years back. Didn't have any issues until a few weeks ago. I found Dr. Jina Zirk searching local dentists and had very great reviews. I decided to try them out for my tooth that cracked more and started to give me discomfort. My root canal and crown procedures went very well and was informed of each step of the process as we went.
