I know Roadies are elietist, but Everytime I stop by. I get the worse customer service. I avoid this bike shop.

Not very interested in helping and shady put money down on a number sticker pack, when I showed up to pick up, the pack had been opened and now I was being charged what I paid but for just one number...oh and giving some one 10 percent off after this shady move is just an insult!
Purchased two Cannondale e-bikes summer 2016. Great staff, very knowledgeable. Good recommendations in fitting our needs to the inventory. Love the bikes. Service people are fast, efficient, friendly. Service-while-you-wait with minor items. Highly recommend.
People are not honest! Do not pay with credit card! They stay with your data and use your money!
