My son injured his knee on his dirt bike and his orthopedic specialist ordered a MRI. The location recommended could not get us in for almost 2 weeks. Thankfully, Advantage MRI was recommended to us from a friend. I called this morning and was able to get a same-day appointment. I also planned to pay cash, but the team at Advantage MRI took the time to call my insurance and obtained authorization. They provided excellent care for my son. From the time I walked in to the end of my appt service was exceptional. My disk was awaiting at check out, not just my disk but they gave me a long stem rose, talk about customer service. 24 hours later the report was emailed to me. I will continue to bring my business to them as well as referrals. Thank you for making my day!
The staff is super friendly, they have a welcoming environment, MRI was non stressful ..they provide your favorite music and room has windows...if anyone has anxiety issues like myself i recommend this place
If you ever need a MRI this is one of the top places you should go to. I’m claustrophobic and this was perfect for me. I was relaxed and very calm. The staff is outstanding, no waiting, you are seen right away. You also get a copy on a disk of what procedure you had done that day. And the best part you receive a beautiful red rose 🌹. That just made my day. Open Advantage MRI in Brea, CA is 5 stars. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
