My car was diagnosed at Chevy and then towed to their shop while I was out of town. Jack knew right away what was going on with my catalytic converter. He was honest, transparent, and trustworthy throughout. They got everything fixed quickly, even while I wasn’t there. Great experience all around.

Never in my life have I been more disappointed in car service. I was driving up through Auburn when new lights flashed on my dash for battery issues. I have a Hybrid car, and after looking up the lights realized it was a Hybrid battery issue. I went here and told them this. Meanwhile, every new person that looked at the car had to be reminded it was a hybrid car after their diagnosis, proceeded to act surprised, and then not change their diagnosis. Had exhaust manifold gaskets replaced, repaired two broken manifold bolts and machined warped manifolds. These guys are good and professional.No waiting. My NEW best auto repair shop.
