This business encourages customers to make a reservation, which I did, but they do not limit or manage the number of reservations allowed meaning if 2000 automobiles make a reservation, they expect their service staff to accommodate them and this is an absolutely unreal expectation. Further, if you voice a complaint about their processes, they ding their service staff for a situation THEY allowed to happen. Purchased a vehicle from them May 2nd and notified them on May 5th that I was incorrectly charged for a product not provided. Have been told for 2 months that a refund is being issued but, one has not. Jeremy H**** does not follow through with his commitments.
Horrible experience. I inquired about two trucks they had listed on their website for $*** and $***. The salesman I spoke to on the phone said both were available. My wife and went to the dealership, spoke to the sales rep, I showed him the listings and he said both were still there. Went for the test drive, and decided to purchase the vehicle. Terrible terrible dealership. Opelika Ford sent out a ford ****** giveaway event flyer. It has a combination box with a number on it. I pulled the tab, the number ***** appeared. If you match that number to the winning numbers you win the prize shown. Opelika Ford is not giving me my prize because my address is not on the form. They can’t explain how I got the flyer. This dealership advertises vehicles that they have no intention of selling because they do not exist. Once you inquire about one of them, they try to sell you one significantly higher priced. it is classic bait and switch. Avoid these scammers.

NEVER EVER buy a car from Opelika Ford! We had my car appraised, an amount set for it, I had gotten a loan for the car approved already(they knew this), HAD AN APPOINTMENT to go buy an Expedition from them, got there 10 min before our appointment and because someone came to look at the car right before we got there, they let them buy the car as we stood there. ****** is not even the word for it!
