I recently bought an awning from a homeowner who had originally bought it from Opdyke. I had planned on installing it myself but when I inquired about getting an installation manual from Opdyke, they suggested that they come out to look at it because I might be interested in having them install it instead. Andrew came out and was so helpful, he came back the next day and had to do some light carpentry in preparing the wall for the unit. I needed the zipper on a leaf & litter vacuum collection bag repaired. They were the only ones willing to do this job after visiting 2 tailors and an upholstery shop. Andrew was fantastic and got this time-sensitive job complete the same day. Thank you so much!
