Food was amazing, service was slow.
There are not too many fine dining options in Midland/Odessa. I did hear that Opal’s Table is one of the better ones and also consistent. I will say that I was pretty impressed with the food and especially the service but there were still some things that kept me from giving it a perfect score. First off, the service was impeccable.
