Good visit seemed to want to help me, but called him 5 times over three week period to talk about medications and not one return call. The secretary told me " he's got your number in top pocket" he will call you as soon as he can. No call. Now I have to start over with new doctor, I just can't trust his follow up process. I wasted 7 weeks and now I start again. His rating may be high but his patients may be older and not use Internet and he may have a good rating team.

Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions. Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment?
