I'd rather not get into all the details in a public forum. My only suggestion is there are a lot of choices out there and this would be my last. The management is horrible and the security and services are extremely lacking. Just to make it clear I suggest you stay away.
I like the building, and the Apartments here have a great ocean views
I am very disappointed in the management team at Opal Towers West. My grandmother (86) - who’s lived there over 30 years- took a fall outside the property recently. I called the property manager to understand the issue, and he was rude, disregarded the concern, and was grossly unprofessional, insinuating no one in my family check-in on her or is familiar with the building, which is entirely untrue.
