This hotel and spa was amazing! The room was gorgeous, the view was stunning, the people were wonderful and the beach was perfect! I can’t wait to come back!
Celina was absolutely amazing! I had a nail break right before a wedding and she took the time to still see me even though they were about to close and she had a training to attend, she took her time and was so kind! Highly recommend
I had a truly disappointing experience at this spa, mainly due to the awful customer service provided by Sally. I had specifically reserved a treatment for my mom and me in the same room, something I repeatedly confirmed over the phone. Upon arrival, I was informed that they couldn’t provide what I had reserved.
