Celina was absolutely amazing! I had a nail break right before a wedding and she took the time to still see me even though they were about to close and she had a training to attend, she took her time and was so kind! Highly recommend
I had a truly disappointing experience at this spa, mainly due to the awful customer service provided by Sally. I had specifically reserved a treatment for my mom and me in the same room, something I repeatedly confirmed over the phone. Upon arrival, I was informed that they couldn’t provide what I had reserved. Very beautiful place and good food.
Spa won’t allow booking for hotel reservations at sister location, Lido Beach, that also is owned by Opal Collection. Doesn’t allow day passes either for Opal guest. Poor customer service and rude receptionists.
