They require an appointment for eyebrow waxing, which is fine, but I've tried about 15 times to book an appointment and am simply unable to reach anyone. Every time I try to call, the voicemail says it is full and no longer accepting messages. Opal Spa, you guys need to make an online appointment system or something. I'm hoping to be able to make an appointment without having to physically drive there one day...
RecommendedEverything about it was relaxing and very pleasant and kind people. Very attentive soft music and the woman that worked on my feet was like an artist. It felt fantastic I highly recommend it. This is the place to go.
First visit and there will be more. Fell asleep twice in my facial. A good value and great experience.
This is one of the nicest Spa in the Santa Cruz area. The owners make you feel like an old friend. The pedicures are fabulous and the massages are wonderful. Very clean and very up scale. Love them and would recomend them highly.
This is a 5 Diamond Nail Spa! Classy, sophisticated, soft spa music in background, very peaceful, nail technicians are highly trained and speak in soft voices, lovely ambiance. My best nail experience hands down!
Very clean. Peaceful environment. Great quality. No harsh drilling on my nail beds. Recommended.
