This place is beautiful!! My hubby and i needed a weekend getaway and were looking at opal sands and saw this sister hotel and booked immediately! You get access to both hotels, the dining and exquisite amenities! The staff make all the difference though! Nicole and Vera at the poolside bar are hilarious and accommodating! We have chosen to stay at the Opal Sol on multiple occasions now due to. It’s amazing location and amenities.
WANT TO BE LOCKED OUT ON THE 14TH FLOOR BALCONY? COME TO OPAL SOL! This was my 1st vacation in 7 years, and Opal Collection came highly recommended, but our stay involved a series of issues that significantly impacted what should have been a relaxing visit (unsupervised kids in the hot tub, crying child for an hour in the room next door - not cared for by the parent, awful service at the bar, stains on the couch, wall and bath vanity in the room, etc.), but I can only write so much, so I'll review our final day where a more ... read more
Opal Sol was more than we expected. The staff is so helpful. Restaurants are amazing. Its sister property Opal Sands is just as amazing. I would like to mention that Terry the bartender at the sand bar makes amazing Mojitos. We will definitely be back and also try other Opal locations
