I had a great experience for my first time at Opal. Katelyn was my hairdresser and she was amazing! She did such an amazing job. Before the appointment she was communicative and her response time to all my many questions was amazing. I would for sure go back and use her again!
Me and my mom got our haircuts at opal and it looked good but she did too much off, some pieces she didn't even cut so I had to do it myself and for me the lady that did my hair took 10 mins maybe more but the lady who did my mom's only took 5. I was there in November last year and the lady who did my hair did absolutely amazing but I think that the hairdressers r just getting lazy bc last time she took 30 mins.
Tsela does such a great job on my and my sister’s hair!! She’s so sweet, and I definitely recommend her!
Jillian is delightful and did a perfect job of highlighting my hair.
Highly recommend Brooke for a spray tan. She did an amazing job of explaining aftercare instructions and made me feel super comfortable. I’m very happy with my glowing results!
