My husband and I visited this studio today because I was interested in purchasing a piece of jewelry. I initially believed the “by appointment only” policy applied to piercing services. When we arrived, a woman opened the door without a greeting and immediately asked, “What time is your appointment?” I began to explain that I was simply looking to buy jewelry, but she repeated—impatiently and with a condescending tone—that the studio was appointment‑only, stated she was with another client, and closed the door. AMAZING SERVICE. This is the best place to go for piercings. They are so welcoming and professional. Helpful friendly and make you feel so comfortable. I had a great experience the first time I went here and came back and Opal Moon is just outstanding honestly. :)
Tiffany was amazing! Explained everything and was very thorough! They sanitiza everything right in front of you. For my daughter they did it 2 people at once. Great experience!
