Wow I am completely blown away with Yürgen and Tiffany's client service particularly with young kids. Both have been super lovely on the phone and when I went in for a booked free consultation for my 5 year old daughter, Tiffany helped to explain the whole process in a warm, patient and friendly tone, showed my daughter the jewelery and see the piercing room.
