I've been doing yoga for nearly 20 years, and Opal teaches me new things all the time. The knowledge she has to offer is limitless- no matter what skill level you're at, she will be able to help you improve. Her approach is kind and compassionate, she knows how to push your limits but in a way that is comfortable.
