Came in to get my hair fixed after I dyed it mostly black with box dye. I was flustered when I arrived because of childcare issues, and the woman at the front desk (who I had called in a panic multiple times that day) greeted me with a smile and nothing but friendliness. My hair stylist Kristen was amazing. She took her time to painstakingly highlight my hair to make it look like my natural brown color.
