I went to this place for an exam and a cleaning. Little did I know I was going to be given a hard sell sales pitch for Invisalign. I’m 60 years old. I’ve had crooked teeth all my life and I’m fine with it. I am also someone who has been disabled for the past 20 years and this dentist knew this because my husband, who was a patient, told her about me before I came in. Came in for my first dentist appointment at this specific place and it was honestly one of the best dentist experiences I had! EVERY body was so sweet and kind. Great experience! Thank you very very much!
Today was my first visit/appointment and the customer service was exceptional. The staff reflected such great care and understanding, it was great. Once I saw the Doctor, it I was even more impressive, professional and caring. I am so grateful for all their help and support and care. The doctor is exceptionally super awesome.
