Kim’s work seemed good. He did an oil change within an hour. He gave me a quote for changing my plugs and wires for $250. Which seemed kind of high. My judgement was he was a bit strange and cursed around my kid. He wouldn’t tell me what he did but insisted that I read the paperwork which I thought was unprofessional and kind of rude.
Wow! Just wow! Kim not only took my truck into his shop in the early morning, without an appointment, but also diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He even stayed late so that I could get my truck back the same day. He also let me know what else I needed for a later date. (I’ve had so many problems with my clutch and took it to two other auto mechanics... but did they fix the actual problem? Nope.) BUT Kim did! He is the only mechanic that I will trust my truck with.
