My understanding from a primary source are: 1. Regional Directors are difficult to keep, there is a rotating door of bosses. Also, there's a race to the bottom for Directors - they aren't competent managers. Their method of management is fly-by. No stake in the personnel decisions they make. Personality driven, amatureish, and weak. 2.High turnover in personnel due to poor working conditions, especially HR, training, and competent oversight.
Definitely not honest in everything they do. They will bend or change rules as they please. 80% of the food tastes awful. If Opaa is at your kids school. Make their lunch. Your kids will thank you.
