Great customer service. Easy to schedule appointment and was very helpful in coordinating with my PCP for needed paperwork I didn't have.
Really disappointed with the office manager. She is rude, talks loud and with a demeaning attitude, like if I better know exactly what I needed or else. She is unprofessional, has no manners, no business talking to clients. I walked out of there, as I decided on the spot, to take my business and money somewhere else.

The lady name Ivonne is so RUDE! I cannot believe they allow people like this to work here. As i was visiting, she was so loud talking on the phone about her personal business. Update- I tried contacting the office manager with no luck. I was sent to a voicemail that was full. May i ask who is the office manager so i may contact her/him directly.
Went in for a scoliosis brace for my 14 year old daughter. The brace we received was completely unacceptable. It was too bulky, extremely uncomfortable and generic. OPA said it was custom, but they send it out of state to be made. I would definitely not use them. We went to another brace place, and they made a true custom brace!! It was made in their own lab just for her type of scoliosis. The brace OPA made was no anywhere near as fitting as the second one we had made, and it was better in the x-ray results.
