Whatever you do, do NOT go to Gene A. Falkowski Jr., DO. He is only interested in keeping the OPA scam going. He completely refused to talk to me on the phone and discuss my son's back condition or even provide a referral for an MRI because it was way too painful for my son to keep doing PT. When my son clearly communicated that he could not withstand the pain and continue with PT, Dr. Falkowski from the Wasilla branch dropped him like a hot potato and refused him any more help.
