Compliments to Dr. Falkowski’s PA Meghan 👏. On 8/05/2026 I had my first scheduled post op with Meghan. During my post op visit with her she instructed me to ease off my back brace. Honestly it scared me because I had surgery just three weeks ago, and practically had zero use of my legs at that time. Whatever you do, do NOT go to Gene A. Falkowski Jr., DO. He is only interested in keeping the OPA scam going. He completely refused to talk to me on the phone and discuss my son's back condition or even provide a referral for an MRI because it was way too painful for my son to keep doing PT. When my son clearly communicated that he could not withstand the pain and continue with PT, Dr. Falkowski from the Wasilla branch dropped him like a hot potato and refused him any more help. On July 15, 2026 I had an appointment scheduled with Dr. Falkowski first thing in the morning by Matsu Regional Hospital. Although it was Dr. Falkowski’s first time seeing me as a patient he admitted me to surgery promptly due to the nature of my pain, discomfort and nature of my injury. My husband and I arrived at the emergency room and I was immediately placed in a hospital bed in the emergency room because my lower half was practically numb. I had surgery at Providence hospital yesterday. I received no pain medication when I was discharged. Am taking 2000 MG Tylenol every 4 hours and 600 MG of ibuprofen every 4 hours. I had to go to ER at 3 am this morning. Nerve block has worn off. In absolute agony. I'm needlessly suffering. Have called office since 8 am. They claim she'll call in meds after surgery. But, it's already 2 pm. I haven't been able to sleep. This really sucks. Windi Mitchell
