Haven’t even had my kids appointment yet and I’m already having a terrible experience! The people that work at the desk act like there job is so hard answering the phones constantly giving attitude for a simple question!
We had the best experience working with Tom at Boston O&P. We went in when our son was young and we were nervous about the process. From the first appointment Tom was so engaging and hands on, he answered every question, feedback for every call, and our son’s process felt like a breeze. We couldn’t be happier that we went to B O&P and we recommend them to everyone who asks us about it!
Brad and Tom at the Peabody location are amazing. One issue though with the front desk, if they don’t answer the phone and you leave a message, no one ever calls you back.
Honestly I didn’t even want to give this company one star- if I could I would give 0. Absolute worst company I have ever worked for in my entire life. I was hired with no trainer available, so I sat in their office for a week straight training MYSELF, taking notes, watching videos etc. When the trainer finally arrived, not only was she dressed extremely unprofessionally, (in a sweatshirt) but she began teaching me things I had JUST taught myself.
