Do Not Order from this company!!! You will not receive what you ordered. I ordered two fleece blankets with special prints on purpose and they sent two fleece blankets, completely different prints the fleece. Now my order has NO purpose!! My daughter loves flowers, which is what I ordered, but I received a Wolf on the blanket. I'm pissed!!

they operate under a variety of names- I purchased from TeeChip- it's a Tshirt with a specific year printed on it in a vintage form. well, the print is great but the tshirt- I ordered in pink size M ladies- is baggy about 2 sizes too big- thick and coarse material. cheap tshirt! my 220lb husband that wears L or XL men size fit this on. I"m a solid M size 120lb 5'10" and every tshirt I own is M- this thing is not only way too big- it's baggy, no shape to it- it's a men size L.

IF I could give a no star review I would. The company is now going by the name COSYFAMILY.COM. I ordered a shirt on 05/31/19. The delivery time was 5-10 business days. Today is June 17th. I STILL HAVE NOT received the shirt. For the last week, I have been sending emails, only to get back the standard "In process it will be there shortly" response. I was blocked for over a week from the live CHAT option on the website. TODAY i finally get a response that I will get 10% refund in 7-10 business days and the shirt IS STILL PROCE... read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID A HEADACHE AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! STAY AWAY FROM THEIR TERRIBLE MERCHANDISE AND SERVICE! I ordered hoodies with my logo on the back and CLEARLY specified by email and even spoke to someone on the phone to make sure the text would not be covered by the hoodie. They assured me that she checked with the art department and the hoodie did not cover the text. When I received the order the hoodied COMPLETELY covered the text! Horrible. I ordered properly and with the help of their online customer service. I even paid 25% extra for a rush order. A day later they responded with the typical “there is an issue with your order so your order is on hold until you resolve the issue, and the delivery date is this pushed back 6 business days”. This is a common dishonest scam of some online companies - promising a short turn-around to get the order, but ultimately not able to deliver as promised. This company has a nice website and looks legit on screen. SCAM! You will not get your products when they promised, and it may be different than what you ordered. The quality of what you get is questionable. Don't bother calling, no one will pick up the phone nor return your call after leaving a message. Also tried to use the "chat" function on their website.
