The workers Suck here always doing something better than taking there job to a professional level more like another random kid playing magic or something. And I always here em owing money to others...no bueno...
Thought this place was gonna be a great find, Owner told me if I needed anything to call and if he could he'd be happy to special order me my D&D stuff...I called asked and he said "K call in 2 days and I will give you a status update on the item" I showed up, and had to use the bathroom.... OMG I almost puked....Nobody flushed the toilet, the wall was covered in boogers.... Then I asked if I could get an update, there was no record of my request and the guy working there called the owner on speaker phone and the response to... read more

I was the one who made the call and he never said anything like that. We have addressed the problems with the cleanliness of the bathrooms and he got invited at the last minute to sell at a convention so that is why things got a little hectic and he did remember your special order but he did forget to tell me about it. We both want to apologize for the problems you had with your special order.
