After decades of dealing with endometriosis pain, the only thing that has helped me more than any medication, heating pad, tens machine, or exercise is pelvic floor physio with Jen. She is amazing. The front desk staff are also amazing. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. The place is clean and cozy. I have been having the best experience here.
I’m literally obsessed!!! I found Oona in the first few weeks of my pregnancy when I had no idea what was ahead. For every step of the way, they were a great support for everything I needed. Then my baby was born, and guess what, he’s now a customer himself too! They truly feel like a family, so understanding and accommodating, zero judgment, just a group of wonderful people who’s there for you. Huge shoutout to Antonella and Carla!!

I first visited Oona York Region (Newmarket) for prenatal massages and they’ve been AMAZING. Both Carly and Maron were wonderful practitioners, very respectful and accommodating as my body grew and ached in different places. Since having my kids, I continue to come back for massages. I always leave feeling relaxed. The facility is cute and clean. Direct billing to my insurance was easy. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a massage at Oona
