Lovely people. My only regret is not finding them earlier in my pregnancy. I was more comfortable at the end of my pregnancy than the middle. I visited the chiropractor, physiotherapist, masseuse and naturopath. My baby moved from breech position, I became way more comfortable; which was noticeable by many people, and I became more prepared for labor. Can’t recommend enough. I’ve been visiting Oona York Region (Newmarket) for prenatal massages and they’ve been AMAZING. Both Carly and Maron were wonderful practitioners, very respectful and accommodating as my body grew and ached in different places. I always leave feeling relaxed. The facility is cute and clean. Direct billing to my insurance was easy. I would highly recommend treating yourself to a prenatal massage at Oona
Great place for prenatal and postpartum care! I visited Kirsten during pregnancy for physio, and have taken my baby to see Pegah for chiro and Nabila for physio. Everyone has been great and I would definitely recommend Oona!
Great experience with Meron at the York Region location! During my prenatal massage, Meron was kind enough to also help me relieve some congestion in my face. She also provided helpful tips for me to try at home which I really appreciated:). Will be going back soon!
At 10 weeks postpartum I had a lactation consultant with Tristan (2 days ago) and cannot say enough good things about her/the appointment! She was so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. I left the appointment with soooo much information and in only 2 days have seen a dramatic positive impact with my breastfeeding journey. Would highly recommend.
