Oompf Fit Club is amazing! Dan and Denise are incredible trainers who truly care, are involved, and pay attention - they make the environment fun, motivating, and empowering. OFC has changed my lifestyle, body and mindset in the best way. I am 42 and am in the best shape I have ever been in and I owe it all to the small group training SHREDZ classes. Cannot recommend Oompf Fit Club enough!
Absolutely love this gym! The atmosphere is super welcoming, the equipment is always clean, and the staff are friendly and genuinely care about your fitness goals. There are group classes or personal training sessions and so much support from staff. It feels more like a community than a gym—highly recommend!
I’ve been training at Oompf Fit Club for a couple of years, attending small group personal training and one on one personal training. I can’t begin to describe how good I feel about the weight that I’ve lost and the strength, energy and motivation that I gained. The relationships are a bonus because my fellow members are incredibly inspiring!
As a professional firefighter and in my 40's I needed a workout program that would keep me at the top of my game. That is exactly what Oomph fit club has done for me. Dan and Denise are both amazing trainers with years and years of experience. They design a custom a program to accomplish your individual fitness goals. Oomph fit is a great gym staffed by great people!
Had back pain for 20 years, with professional, knowledgeable approach and guidance I have no pain any more after 6 months of working with Dan, the owner and expert. Highly recommend for those who are struggling with chronic back, wrist, neck pain. Check it out. I am a new person after years of searching for solutions.
