Very good with a minimum price.
Absolutely love this store. You can find pretty much anything you can think of here, for good prices too. From stationary like cute stickers, scrapbooking items, pens and notebooks to cooking items to traditional Japanese bowls and utensils to silly gadgets to makeup and toiletry items. You could probably spend hours in this store at a time.
The washrooms here are always closed, and they never answer their phone. Despite raising complaints multiple times about both the washroom and the phone service, nothing has been done. They advertise themselves as a Japanese store, but I don’t feel they uphold Japanese service standards at all. It’s disappointing to be ignored repeatedly, especially when these are basic customer service expectations.
Very clean and organized store. They have lots of products for anime lovers, and people who are interested in Japanese goods. There was AC too! I enjoyed my experience here Definitely recommend this place.
