They have some good features, but it doesn't matter when their phone system will not function. We found that we were not getting text messages from our customers. Ooma acted as though they couldn't care less and said they would get back to us in 24 to 48 hours. I highly recommend using anyone else before using ooma business phone systems
This is a rip-off. They will not honor their guarantee. Their customer support is in India and will waste your time without effect. Their equipment failed after less than two months. They will not communicate by Email (it would leave a paper trail)....STAY AWAY!!!
Will upgrade your account and start charging you more without authorization or notice. When you try and complain you end up on a wild goose chase. 😡
A phone company that doesn't care your phones don't work correctly. This company has consistently cost my business money since starting with them. Use them if you like dropping calls, not receiving calls, and ZERO support
