A phone company that doesn't care your phones don't work correctly. This company has consistently cost my business money since starting with them. Use them if you like dropping calls, not receiving calls, and ZERO support

I purchased the Ooma Telo LTE. It did not work. I talked to several support people at Ooma, none of whom were able to suggest what would make it work. I then asked to send it back. Support told me I would have to pay to send it back. That seems unfair: they send me a defective device, then charge me to send it back. I complained, and they ultimately agreed to pay shipping. They sent a replacement and after a several day struggle it is finally working correctly.

Be careful to read their fine print when ordering from their website. Not only that their friends’ referral link doesn’t work, you’re responsible for the return shipping charges. Coupled that with stringent customer return/cancellation policy and support, I would advise staying away from them.

Poor and horrible customer service, they don't care about your business and only care about getting their money. Device don't work and will poor connections. I was told I signed up a contract which was never true. They are trying to charge me for disconnection fees. they will give you headache for their poor services.
