Since practicing with oom yung doe for only a year I have experience a huge change in my mental and physical state. I am able to control my stress and handle tasks far easier than before. I use to have knee and back problems from construction and truck driving. Since practicing my knee problems have gone away and my back is 95% better than what it used to be. Without oom yung doe those problems would been much worse. I highly recommend everyone try this practice and see what it can do for you

Great school, great instructors. Nice floors and good lighting plus plenty of space for weapons practice. Andrew is very knowledgeable and patient in teaching the 8 styles. Highly recommend!
