I already loved Ootlewah Veterinary Hospital because they took great care of my newly rescued tortoise. Then, they went above and beyond for me when it was time for my hamster to be euthanized. They were empathetic and I really appreciated that. No matter the size of the animal, they're all close to our hearts! Thank you Dr. Gise!!
Scottie had a great time at his vet appointment, pretty sure he wanted to stay. He wasn't a happy camper to leave. His vet gave him lots of treats (actually meds and like 2-3 treats, but don't tell my dog that), so they're good in his book.
We have used them for years with excellent results. They took great care of my dog today who had a bad abscess. They are always able to get us in quick while providing great service. Thanks again
We had been looking for a new veterinarian for our five cats, and to get a second opinion on our oldest cat who at the time was not eating and declining every day. After spending well over $1,000 trying to find out what was wrong with our cat at other veterinarians, we took her to Ooltewah veterinary hospital where we met Dr. Woods, and after only a few minutes of talking with him, he suggested using a over the counter antacid because she might have heartburn and did not want to eat because of it.
