The manager on duty this particular evening (a small Asian male) was extremely rude. I've been a long-time customer at Ooki, based on location, mostly (but not always) good-tasting food, and despite some occasional glitches in delivery (the wrong dish is delivered about 10% of the time and sometimes they require (mostly because of location), but also due to some good food (but not always).
