Very disappointed with this lash service. Within TWO days my natural lashes started falling out from the root together with the extensions. The technician glued heavy clusters very poorly and carelessly, which damaged my own lashes badly. Now I literally have bald spots on my eyelids. The prices are extremely high, yet the service is being done from a home setup, not even a professional salon environment. I LOVE my lashes, I took the trip from the Bronx to Brooklyn just to get my lashes done by Olga - my mother who accompanied me for the trip also got her lashes done by Kseniia. We LOVED our experience so much we're looking forward to coming back 🥰
I fell asleep through my lash service & I was able to relax - no discomfort whatsoever! She took the time to listen to me and what I wanted, made suggestions and the result was absolutely perfect! Definitely won me over as a client!
