I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I am a white customer, and my husband is Black, and what we experienced here was deeply concerning. From the moment we walked in, there was a noticeable difference in how we were treated compared to other customers. The behavior and attitude of one staff member made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. It came across as dismissive and, frankly, discriminatory. I wish they would've told me they closed at 6. Instead they double teamed me and I wasn't sure why until asked. First time here and had no clue what the hours were. I had to stop the lady twice from my pedicure because she was grinding into my cuticles. The 2nd time I told her I pulled my foot from her and told her it freaking hurt. Then in the process of filing my full set with the Dremel she too cut 5 of my cuticles making them bleed. Not a pleasant experience.
