I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this experience needs to be shared. I am a white customer, and my husband is Black, and what we experienced here was deeply concerning. From the moment we walked in, there was a noticeable difference in how we were treated compared to other customers. I wish they would've told me they closed at 6. Instead they double teamed me and I wasn't sure why until asked. First time here and had no clue what the hours were. I had to stop the lady twice from my pedicure because she was grinding into my cuticles. The 2nd time I told her I pulled my foot from her and told her it freaking hurt. Then in the process of filing my full set with the Dremel she too cut 5 of my cuticles making them bleed. Not a pleasant experience. Been coming here since the week they opened. I only get gel pedicures but I have been using Kaylee since almost the begining. She was a bit nervous at first with doing gels but boy has she come a long way! And she gives the absolute BEST foot massage ever! Writing for them to open this morning so I can book my pedicure!
