Disappointing! I booked in for a spray tan on Saturday the 22nd of August. I was advised I should have the medium tan as it would last until my Monday night event. I followed all the instructions regarding no deodorant or moisturiser etc on the day of the tan and wore a loose dress to leave the appointment. As instructed I had a lukewarm shower 2 hours after the tan when it completely washed off! Maybe I should have had the dark spray tan, not sure. I honestly can’t recommend Natalia at Ooh La La Lash Boutique enough! She is SO talented and always takes her time to make sure my lashes are perfect. They look amazing every single time and the retention is honestly the best - they last so well and still look great as they grow out. Her customer service is also 10/10. She’s so lovely, makes you feel comfortable and is always giving the best tips and advice on looking after your lashes. I’ve been visiting Oohlala for nearly 6 years and have always loved the service I received from skilled and friendly team members like Lia, Megan, Ebony, and Alicia. However, my recent visit was very disappointing. I had an appointment with a new stylist, Xanti, for an eyelash refill, and the results were very different from what I’m used to and it is very sticky as well.
