Very unprofessional. My uncle has had him for 20 years. He has a history of falls but has not had a fall in almost 2 years. He had a fall and was admitted to the hospital where he was treated went to rehab and home.10 days later he had another fall and when Dr. Oo visited the next day he told my uncle "I told you you would be back.
